How do I place an order?

Browse our full collection at shop.html, select your favourite pieces, choose your size and colour, then add them to your cart. Once you're ready, head to checkout and follow the simple three-step process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@coastalbloomswimwear.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window, but we'll always do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption for your peace of mind.

Do you offer Afterpay or buy-now-pay-later?

Yes! We offer Afterpay on all Australian orders. Simply select Afterpay at checkout to split your purchase into 4 fortnightly payments, interest-free. Afterpay is available for orders between $35 and $2,000 AUD.

How do discount codes work?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount code" field at checkout before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order. Use code BLOOM15 for 15% off your first order!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Australia is free for orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies. Express shipping is available for $14.95 AUD. International shipping starts from $29.95 AUD depending on destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Australian delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 40 countries worldwide including New Zealand, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, and across Europe. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All prices are displayed in AUD at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to our courier's tracking page. You can also contact us anytime for an update on your order's progress.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if your order arrives damaged! Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@coastalbloomswimwear.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and hygiene liners in place. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at hello@coastalbloomswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for Australian orders) and instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Absolutely! We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Simply note your preferred exchange item when initiating your return. If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit or full refund.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed. Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are also non-returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I find my correct size?

Visit our detailed Size Guide for full measurement charts and instructions. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing to our size charts. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for tops and down for bottoms.

Do your sizes run true to size?

Our swimwear is designed to fit true to Australian sizing. Our premium four-way stretch fabric provides some flexibility across the size range. If you have a larger bust (D cup or above), we recommend sizing up in bikini tops for added coverage and comfort.

Do you cater to plus sizes?

We currently offer sizes XS through XL (Australian sizes 6–16). We're actively working on expanding our size range in 2026 to include XXL and beyond. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about extended sizing launches.

Can I mix tops and bottoms in different sizes?

Absolutely! We encourage mixing and matching sizes for your ideal fit. Many of our customers wear a different size on top vs. bottom. Each piece is sold separately so you can build your perfect set without compromise.

Will the swimwear stretch out after wearing?

Our fabrics are engineered with excellent stretch and recovery properties. When cared for properly (hand washed in cold water, laid flat to dry), our swimwear will maintain its shape wash after wash. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to preserve elasticity.

How should I wash my swimwear?

We recommend hand washing your Coastal Bloom swimwear in cold water with a mild, swimwear-specific detergent. Rinse thoroughly after each use, especially after saltwater or chlorinated water exposure. Avoid scrubbing or wringing the fabric.

Can I machine wash my swimwear?

We strongly recommend against machine washing. The agitation and heat can damage the delicate fibres and metallic finishes of our swimwear, causing premature fading and loss of elasticity. Hand washing in cold water extends the life of your pieces significantly.

How do I dry my swimwear?

Always lay your swimwear flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight for extended periods as UV exposure can cause fading, especially in vibrant and metallic styles. Never tumble dry or place on a heated surface.

Can I sit on rough surfaces in my swimwear?

We recommend bringing a towel to sit on rough surfaces like concrete or textured pool surrounds. While our fabrics are durable, prolonged contact with rough surfaces can cause pilling. A quick towel saves your beautiful swimwear from unnecessary wear.

How do I care for metallic swimwear?

Metallic swimwear requires extra care to maintain its lustrous finish. Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent β€” never use fabric softener or bleach. Store flat (not folded) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with rough surfaces and sharp objects.
